We first came up with subject matters that we were intreseted in such as effects of war,
underground artists making it big, losing your virginity, testing your manhood and so on.
Then we chose the effects of war, and testing your manhood to do indepth research on.
From the war aspect we found out that many people react to death of love ones at war
differently some commit suicide, some go into depresion, also some find some sort of
positive message from it. From my research on testing your man hood i found that a
man's manhood can get tested in many ways such as being cheated on, robbery,
being disrespected on your own property, or even being extremly embarassed.
So as you can see both subjects are quite broad. We then attempted to merge both
ideas together along the basis of a man's manhood gets tested so he then goes to war
to overcome it, and prove to himself he is a man.
